A 1-month-old girl was critically hurt when a hit-and-run driver rammed into her mom’s car in The Bronx Tuesday night, cops said.
The 25-year-old mom was driving with her infant inside a 2010 Hyundai Sonata on Bruckner Expressway beneath Castle Hill Avenue in Unionport around 6:40 p.m. when a 2005 Cadillac sedan slammed into their vehicle, police said.
The impact sent the Hyundai into a jersey barrier, causing it to flip over and land on its roof, cops said.

The baby was taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where she remained in critical condition Wednesday morning, police said.
Her mother suffered minor injuries, cops said.
Two men who were inside the Cadillac abandoned their car and ran off, police said.

They were still being sought Wednesday.
