Four menaces stabbed a teen boy and beat two others — one of whom was left with a broken arm — during a broad-daylight fight near a trio of schools in the Bronx last month, police said Monday.
Three men and one woman attacked the teens, 13, 14 and 15, on Independence Avenue near West 237th Street in Riverdale around 3 p.m. Sept. 26, according to cops.
The vicious crew knifed the 14-year-old boy in the upper right thigh, and the 13-year-old suffered a broken arm in the fracas, authorities said.
The assailants also slugged the oldest teen in the face, leaving him with a bloody lip, cops said.
The two youngest victims received medical attention at local hospitals, and the oldest teen refused medical attention, cops said.
Three schools – Drisha Institute for Jewish Education, Riverdale/Kingsbridge Academy, and Atmosphere Academy Public Charter School – are all just steps from the scene.
All four suspects fled in a dark-colored SUV and had not been caught by Monday.
One of the male assailants is described as heavyset with a light complexion, last seen wearing a black Polo sweatsuit with a black hat, cops said.
Another man, also described as heavyset with a light complexion, and partially bald, was last seen wearing a pink sweatshirt and black pants. A surveillance image released by cops shows him carrying a yellow shovel and pail.
The third man is described as tall, with a medium complexion, last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a gray sweatshirt with a red design on it. He is seen carrying a black cane.
The female suspect is described as having a light complexion with dark hair pulled back in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a navy blue tracksuit with white stripes, and carrying a black bag.
