Chilling videos captured the haunting moment Iryna Zarutska’s accused killer calmly stepped off a North Carolina train and strolled along the platform after allegedly stabbing the Ukrainian refugee to death.

Disturbing surveillance footage, obtained by The Post, shows alleged slasher Decarlos Brown casually roaming the Charlotte platform as panicked straphangers scream for help and flee the Lynx Blue Line, minutes after the 23-year-old victim was repeatedly knifed on the packed commuter train on Aug. 22.

Brown, a homeless schizophrenic career criminal, was also seen clutching a red hoodie — the same one he was wearing when he allegedly gutted Zarutska three times, including once in the neck, with a pocket knife during the unprovoked attack.

Another video shows the cold-blooded 34-year-old felon — who had 13 prior convictions, a pending trial, and was free on bail — leaving one platform, crossing the street, and entering another, where he appeared to be smoking a cigarette and freakishly talking to himself.

He then fiddled with his sweatshirt before four armed officers ran up and tackled him to the ground — as the train where the bloody carnage unfolded remained parked at the station, the footage shows.

Brown was quickly cuffed as officers searched the platform, his hoodie, and a nearby trash can.

Zartuska — who came to the US in 2022 seeking a safer life after Russia invaded Ukraine — was pronounced dead on the light rail.

Previously released footage from inside the crowded train showed the terrified victim cowering with her hands over her face, looking up at her killer in fear after being stabbed during the random attack.

Zarutska, her pants spattered with blood, collapsed to the floor seconds later as her attacker strode down the train car, knife in hand, leaving a trail of blood behind him, the harrowing video showed.
