A serial sex creep is on the loose after allegedly groping three women in separate acts across the city, cops said Wednesday.
Feliks Kabiev, 37, allegedly began his spree on Nov. 27 when he approached a 35-year-old woman walking at Cooper Square and Third Avenue in NoHo and grabbed her breasts over her clothes at around 12:20 p.m., according to police.
The deranged sicko launched his next attack on Dec. 3 when he strolled up to a 34-year-old woman walking on Park Avenue near East 42nd Street – steps from Grand Central Terminal, authorities said.
The suspect touched the woman’s breasts over her clothes before taking off, cops said.
In another disturbing act nearly a week later, Kabiev targeted a 35-year-old woman walking at Fifth Avenue and East 9th Street in Greenwich Village around 4:50 a.m. Dec. 9.
He placed his hand on the victim’s private area over her clothes before bolting, police said.
None of the victims reported any physical injuries.
The NYPD identified Kabiev Monday as the suspect in the series of sick crimes and released both a mugshot and a surveillance image of him in hopes that public tips could help to track him down.
Police were unable to confirm whether Kabiev has an arrest history in the Big Apple.
Kabiev did not appear in city or state Corrections records.
Anyone with information on Kabiev’s alleged crimes is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
