An ex-con with a knack for attacking women allegedly raped a stranger in Queens — three days after getting sprung from prison, The Post has learned.
Otis Waite, 31, is accused of sexually assaulting his latest victim on Jan. 21st behind a beauty salon on 190th Street in Jamaica while on parole for slashing a prostitute’s throat in 2014, according to law enforcement sources.
In the 2014 attack, Waite met the sex worker for a date and snuck up on her from behind, grabbing her head before viciously knifing her in Jamaica, cops and sources said.
The woman suffered serious injuries.
A year before the near-fatal slashing, Waite randomly pummeled another woman in the face and stole her cell phone and car keys, according to authorities.
He was paroled from Mid-State Correctional Facility in 2019 after spending four years behind bars.
Once he was released, Waite reverted to his old ways — punching a 51-year-old woman in the face and snatching her phone, sources told The Post.
He served four years in prison for the unprovoked attack and was released on Jan. 18.
Three days later, Waite allegedly raped the 31-year-old woman and pummeled her in the face, leaving her with a black eye, police sources said.
Sources said he then stole her laptop and cellphone.
The Queens Warrants Squad zeroed in on him Thursday afternoon.
He was charged with rape, robbery and assault after the victim picked him out of a photo array, sources said.
His arraignment was pending Thursday night.
