Chilling video footage shows the moment a woman shot a seven-month-old infant in Philadelphia — heartlessly shouting “F—k your baby!” as the child’s mother screamed in horror.
The unidentified boy was sitting in a stroller in the northeast section of the city when the attacker opened fire on his parents — striking the tot in the leg Thursday evening, according to police who are searching for the suspect.
The assailant is shown strolling past the mom and child then casually turning and firing at them from point-blank range, according to footage released by the Philadelphia Police Department.
“My baby!” the infant’s mom can be heard shrieking as the baby cries out.
“F—ck your baby, b-tch!” the gunwoman callously shouts back.
The attacker then walked away, leaving the infant behind, a police source told NBC Philadelphia.
The child’s father chased the woman, who turned and fired at him, according to reports.
After cops arrived, the parents were not at the scene — and it was a good Samaritan neighbor who actually took the shot baby to the hospital, WPVI-TV reported.
“We’re very lucky that 7-month-old boy is in stable condition,” Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
Police later questioned the child parents, who did not live in the neighborhood and were found a few blocks from the shooting location by cops.
“It took us about an hour to locate the mother and the father, who we have now,” Small said.
The suspect is described as heavy-set and black with long dreadlocks, wearing a black hoodie and jeans.
Anyone with information about the shooting, which erupted on the 4000 block of Meridian Street in the Holmesburg at around 5:50 p.m., should contact police at 215-686-TIPS.
