A 15-year-old boy was beaten by a crew of about a dozen baby-faced suspects on an MTA bus in the Bronx, police said Friday.
The victim was riding an Bx36 bus near Southern Boulevard and East 176th Street in Crotona Park East around 10 p.m. Aug. 2 when the large group surrounded him and began punching and kicking him, authorities said.
The boy was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was listed in serious but stable condition.
He was uncooperative with investigators, cops said.
The suspects did not steal anything from the victim during the attack, cops said. The suspects fled into Crotona Park, police said.
The mixed group of male and female suspects – all of whom appear to be teenagers – are seen in grabs from bus surveillance footage, released by the NYPD.
No arrests had been made by Friday.
