A gunman opened fire during a broad daylight stick-up in Queens last week and stole a whopping $60,000 from the victim, cops said.
The suspect approached the 47-year-old victim on Skillman Avenue near 49th Street in Sunnyside Gardens and fired a gun at the ground at around 3 p.m. Friday, authorities said.
He then snatched the hefty sum of cash before hopping on a black scooter with an accomplice and taking off, cops said.

It was not immediately clear why the victim was carrying tens of thousands of dollars in cash.
He did not report any injuries.
The NYPD released grainy surveillance photos Sunday night of the suspect and his accomplice.

In one of the images, the gunman appears to be wearing a food delivery backpack.
No arrests had been made by Monday.
