A homeless maniac went on a wild punching spree in Midtown Tuesday — randomly attacking three men, including one in the lobby of the fancy One Vanderbilt skyscraper, cops and sources said.

Jordan Velez, 29, first allegedly punched an unsuspecting 61-year-old man in the face on Madison Avenue near East 40th Street around 12:15 p.m., according to authorities and sources.

He went on to randomly strike a 34-year-old man just outside the 73-story skyscraper at the corner of East 42nd Street and Vanderbilt Avenue – before storming inside the lobby of the iconic building and dealing another blow to a 23-year-old man, the sources said.

None of the victims of the broad-daylight spree appeared to be related, according to the sources.

The oldest victim was taken to NYU Langone Health, where he was listed in stable condition, while the two younger men refused medical attention, cops said.

It was not immediately clear whether the victims were New Yorkers or tourists.

The building is home to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, an observation deck that allows visitors to take in panoramic city skyline views and immersive art installations.

A spokesperson for SL Green, the owner of the building, said in a statement that security helped out cops with Velez’s arrest.

“SL Green’s on-site security team at One Vanderbilt Avenue worked closely with the NYPD to assist in the swift apprehension of the suspect involved in [Tuesday’s] incident,” the spokesperson said.

Velez was arrested about 15 minutes later and charged with misdemeanor assault, authorities said.

Upon arrest, he was also connected to another attack from around 8 a.m. Tuesday morning inside the Moka & Co coffee shop on West 34th Street near Seventh Avenue, cops said.

In that case, Velez allegedly punched a 30-year-old stranger in the face, causing redness and pain, authorities said.

He was also charged with having unspecified drugs in his possession, police said.

He has no prior arrests, cops said.
