A homeless woman was lured into a church courtyard in Chelsea and raped by an apparent stranger late Thursday, cops said.
The 37-year-old victim was panhandling at West 26th Street and Ninth Avenue in Manhattan around 10:45 p.m. when a man lured her into the rear yard of Manor Community Church, authorities said.
He then raped her and fled, police said.

The woman was taken to Lenox Health Greenwich Village, where she was listed in stable condition.
The on-the-lam suspect, who is not believed to be known to the victim, is described as in his 20s and wearing a large nose ring, black pants and a black shirt, cops said.
