A man accused of breaking into a Washington Heights woman’s apartment back in April is now being sought by police over her shocking shooting death — which also claimed the lives of her friend and one of her dogs.

Lenue Moore, 31, was charged with assault and attempted burglary for allegedly kicking in the front door of victim Jackie Billini’s Washington Heights apartment at about 1:30 a.m. on April 11 and attacker her and two of her family members, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

Less than six months later, cops are looking for Moore again — this time as a person of interest in Billini’s cold-blooded slaying, according to a “Wanted” poster with his mugshot being circulated this week.

Billini, 57, and her friend, Levaughn Harvin, were walking her pit bull, Zeus, in Washington Heights on Friday evening when a black-clad, mask-wearing man with an umbrella walked up behind the two and shot them, police sources said.

A fight over the dog allegedly sparked the twisted killings, another source told The Post.

“Supposedly, the perp lives in the same building,” the source said. “An ongoing dispute involving the dog.”

Neighbors said Billini had asked Harvin to walk with her around the neighborhood because she feared Moore, who was released on bail following his arrest in the brutal break-in.

Lenue Moore, 31, was charged with assault and attempted burglary for allegedly kicking in the front door of victim Jackie Billini’s Washington Heights apartment in April.

According to charging documents, the maniac had put his boot to Billini’s apartment door as she and the two unidentified relatives tried to hold it shut, and he eventually busted through.

The door clocked Billini, breaking her right arm as Moore broke into the West 163rd Street home and attacked the other two people, the complaint said.

The unhinged nut allegedly hit one person with a hammer, leaving them with a bleeding laceration on the right side of their head, according to the documents.

The third suffered facial wounds from the door hitting them.

A man and a woman were gunned down alongside a dog they were walking outside Highbridge Park, near West 165th Street and Edgecombe Avenue in Washington Heights, around 6:30 p.m. Friday, police said.

The Manhattan DA requested a judge set Moore’s bail at $15,000 cash or $30,000 partially secured surety bond.

But despite the wildly violent accusations, a judge set his bail at just $5,000 cash or partially-secured bond — meaning the hammer-wielding psycho could walk after paying as little as 10%, or $500.

He remained free after his May 18 arraignment, which featured upgraded charges including three counts of assault and three counts of burglary.

Cops investigating Billini’s slaying are now hunting the fugitive down, sources said.

Billini, an analyst with the state court system in the Bronx, was clipped in the back of the head and neck and her pal Harvin, 42, was hit in the face and shoulder outside Highbridge Park, near West 165th Street and Edgecombe Avenue, sources said.

The killer, who fired at least six times, also turned the gun on Billini’s dog, butchering it alongside its owner.

Authorities rushed Billini and Harvin to Harlem Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

Neighbors said Billini’s feud with Moore began when Moore tried to kick her dog sometime earlier this year.

Moore has been staying at his mother’s apartment, but lives in a house she bought in one of the Carolinas, they said.

The deadly shootings took place around 6:30 p.m. Friday.

The killing shocked everyone who lives nearby, all of whom seemed to like the deceased woman.

“It’s heartbreaking, she was a great woman,” a neighbor named Jay told The Post as he was on his way to get a candle to place by her door.

“A beautiful person,” he continued. “She was caring, the kids loved her. She was a people person. Everyone around here knew her. She was always nice to everyone.
