A 29-year-old man was stabbed in the neck on a Bronx subway platform on New Year’s Day, authorities said.
The critically injured victim was attacked with an “unknown cutting instrument” on the southbound B and D train platform at Grand Concourse and East 182nd Street in Fordham Heights around 8:50 p.m. Monday, cops said.
He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he remained clinging to life Tuesday morning, police said.
“Multiple individuals” were taken into custody over the violence, with charges pending, police said.
The motive for the stabbing remains under investigation, they said.
