A gunman in a foot cast blasted a 52-year-old man in the leg during a broad-daylight shooting Friday morning in Queens — then hobbled off, cops said.
The victim was shot twice in the left leg on Beach Channel Drive near Amstel Boulevard in Far Rockaway around 9:40 a.m., police said.
He was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
The suspect fled on foot, heading south on Beach Channel Drive.
Cops say the gunman had a soft cast on his left foot and wore a navy blue sweatsuit.
The motive for the late-morning violence is under investigation.
