An NYPD officer was arrested in Staten Island on child pornography charges Tuesday, police said.
Christopher Terranova, 33, was cuffed in the southeastern portion of the borough at 10:30 a.m., just a few miles from where he patrolled the island as an NYPD officer.
He was charged with disseminating incident material to a minor and acting in a manner injurious to a child, the NYPD said.
The alleged pervert had been on the force since 2011 and was raking in $117,000 as of last year, records show.
He has since been suspended from the department.
Terranova could not be immediately reached for comment.
