Oops, he did it again: The 15-year-old Venezuelan migrant profiled in Wednesday’s Post as a shocking example of the Tren de Aragua junior-varsity squad “Los Diablos de la 42” got hit with new charges after we went to press.

Post sources say the boy was cuffed Tuesday night on charges of pulling a knife on a 34-year-old man at Ninth Avenue and West 35th Street around 7 p.m. Sept. 30: The teen and a buddy allegedly body-slammed the victim into a pole, flashed a kitchen knife and demanded his phone.

The victim got away, and a videocam allowed cops to ID the perp.

This makes at least the “little devil’s” 11th arrest since April, yet he’s still free to roam the streets, and to stay at taxpayer-funded shelters.

And he’s just one of about 20 “asylum seeker” minors in Los Diablos — the “devils of 42nd street,” whose crimes center on Times Square.

This particular diablo has been cuffed for multiple first- and second-degree robberies, stealing phones and chains on the streets and in the subway.

Our sources also say he’s living somewhere in the city shelter system, though not necessarily at the Roosevelt Hotel one where the gang is headquartered and does most of its recruiting.

The full Diablos crew accounts for at least 50 criminal incidents; its members are shielded by the state’s criminal-justice “reforms,” particularly the Raise the Age law, which makes it near-impossible to charge under-18s as adults, no matter how many crimes they commit (at least until someone winds up dead).

The “reformed” bail statutes don’t help, either; nor do the city’s “sanctuary” laws.

Meanwhile, the court-enforced “right to shelter” makes sure they have places to live at taxpayer expense.

More perks: The public also funds their online bragging about their exploits: “They use group chat on their government-issued phones, so you know that that’s what you’re using. And the group app is titled according to their gang, really, and they’re using their government-issued phones,” notes Detective Bureau Assistant Chief Jason Savino.

New York’s political class proudly calls itself “progressive,” yet all they do is pile madness piled upon madness upon madness.
