Two teen boys were hurt in stabbings in the Big Apple Friday — with one attacked during a violent Staten Island robbery and the other knifed twice in Queens, authorities said.
In the first incident, a vicious duo ganged up on a 16-year-old boy at Hylan Boulevard and Jacques Avenue in the New Dorp neighborhood around 11:15 a.m., cops said.
One of the suspects punched the boy in the face — and when he tried to run away, both knocked him down, police said.
One of the muggers then stabbed him in both legs — causing “serious physical injuries” — and snatched his cellphone, authorities said.
The teen was taken to Staten Island University Hospital North, where he was listed in stable condition.
The pair ran off, but one of the suspects was soon taken into custody at a nearby parking lot, cops said. There were no immediate charges.
The second suspect was still on the loose Friday evening.
In another attack just after 4 p.m. Friday, another youngster — preliminarily believed to also be 16 years old — was stabbed in Long Island City, cops said.
The boy was knifed at least twice in the back at 34th Avenue and 21st Street, cops said.
He was taken to Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
No arrests had been made by later Friday, and the motive was unknown.
