Marvel actor Jonathan Majors arrived in Manhattan court holding a Bible on Thursday for what was set to be the start of his domestic assault trial — and learned it would be postponed until next month.

The “Creed III” star, 33, was accompanied by his new girlfriend, “Shazam!” actress Meagan Good, for the brief hearing in Manhattan Criminal Court, where prosecutors said they needed more time to go over evidence before they would be ready for trial.

Majors — who is accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend during a spat in Chelsea in March — sat silently in the second row, wearing a suit, blue shirt and black tie, as Good, who wore a long white dress, wrapped her arms around him and gave him a peck on the cheek.

The hearing lasted just a few minutes, with the trial rescheduled for September 6.

Majors didn’t speak accept to say “Yes, sir” when Judge Michael Gaffey reminded him to stay away from his ex Grace Jabbari — whom he is charged with assaulting and harassing on March 25.

The actor — who is free without bail — has maintained his innocence, claiming it was Jabbari, 30, who attacked him and he was merely trying to get away from her.

He was originally arrested and charged with strangulation for the incident that took place in his Chelsea apartment near West 22nd Street and Eighth Avenue, but that count against him was dropped.

Jabbari was allegedly left with minor injuries on her head and neck.

Majors has filed his own domestic violence charges against her for the altercation, claiming she scratched and hit him while she was drunk.

The actor was accused of further abuse in a Rolling Stone exposé last month in which a dozen sources spoke of his alleged mistreatment of exes.

The “Lovecraft Country” alum was accused of “really extreme abuse, physically and mentally,” against one ex.

His lawyer “vehemently” denied those claims at the time.

“We look forward to presenting the full facts and evidence at trial,” Douglas Cohen, a spokesperson with the District Attorney’s Office, said in a statement Thursday.
