The Los Angeles druggie accused of murdering “American Idol” executive Robin Kaye and her husband inside their ritzy Los Angeles mansion has reportedly been found incompetent to stand trial for the vicious slaughter.

Raymond Boodarian, 22, will now be transferred to a California state hospital and placed on involuntary psychotropic medication to restore his competency, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Maria Cavalluzzi ruled Thursday, according to Rolling Stone.

“The court finds the defendant is not presently competent to stand trial,” Cavalluzzi said of Boodarian, a known heavy drug user with a history of mental illness and multiple prior arrests, who was charged with two counts of murder for shooting Kaye and Thomas DeLuca, both 70, dead execution-style in July.

“The court also finds it is medically appropriate to treat [Boodarian’s] psychiatric condition with psychotropic medication because this medication is likely to be effective.”

The judge signed an order permitting the state to administer the medication “involuntarily,” noting that without it, the accused killer was likely to suffer serious harm to his physical and mental health.

His specific psychiatric diagnosis was not disclosed.

“The defendant lacks the capacity to make decisions regarding psychotropic medication,” Cavalluzzi added, the outlet reported.

“Restoration is in the interest of justice because this is a homicide case.”

Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas DeLuca, both 70, were shot to death inside their $4.5 million Encino mansion. Facebook

Police alleged Boodarian broke into the $4.5 million Encino mansion of Kaye, an award-winning music supervisor for the hit competition show, and DeLuca, then shot them dead with their own gun when they returned home from grocery shopping on July 10.

The couple both died from multiple gunshot wounds, but their lifeless bodies weren’t found until days later when police conducted a welfare check.

A neighbor initially contacted the police after seeing the suspect hop the couple’s fence around 4 p.m. the day they were killed.

However, when officers arrived, they found nothing out of the ordinary, even after flying a helicopter over the lavish property and investigating outside.

Four days later, officers found the married duo dead inside their home.

Boodarian was arrested the following day and charged with two counts of murder.

Fingerprints from his prior arrests helped identify him as a suspect in the grisly double murder.

Boodarain has at least three prior arrests to his name across late 2023 and early 2024, with charges ranging from battery to making threats with a weapon.

Boodarian was also released the same day after at least two of those arrests, court records show.

He has remained in custody without bail while undergoing the ongoing mental evaluation.

Boodarian is due back in court for a follow-up hearing on Dec. 19, according to the outlet.
