An elderly victim in the slaughter of five family members including two little boys near Oakland, California, used his dying breaths to name his son-in-law as the killer, police said.

Miguel Carcamo Ramirez, 70, accused Shane Killian, 56, of shooting him and four family members — including Killian’s sons, who were 6 and 1 — at their beachside home, according to a police report obtained by local media.

The grisly rampage occurred July 9 in Alameda County.

Killian’s alleged victims included his sons, 6-year-old William Andrew Killian and 1-year-old Wesley James Killian. GoFundMe

Bleeding from multiple gunshot wounds, Ramirez managed to flee to a neighbor’s house and name his own killer.

The neighbor called 911 and relayed Ramirez’s words to the dispatcher.

“During his dying declaration, Victim 1 identified the defendant (Killian) as the murder suspect,” according to the report obtained by San Francisco TV station KRON4.

When police arrived at Killian’s home, they found the bodies of his mother-in-law, Marta Morales-Diaz, 56, his wife, Natali Morales, 36, and 6-year-old William Andrew Killian dead.

One-year-old Wesley James Killian was alive but died in the hospital a week later, according to SFist.

Police also found Killian, alive and well.

“Officers located the defendant at the crime scene. Of the six residents at the home where this mass murder shooting occurred, the defendant was the only person unscathed. Everyone else sustained at least one gun shot wound,” the Alameda Police Department report reads.

The motive for Killian’s alleged crimes remains a mystery. Killian, who worked as a welder, seemed to be a generally nice guy who spoke fondly of his wife and kids, according to interviews with co-workers by KRON4, although he had a “short fuse” and was apparently unhappy about his in-laws moving into the family home.

Killian’s Facebook page shows photos of him and his son at a tee-ball game and a father-son fishing trip. Last September, he posted a love letter to his wife: “Happy anniversary my love. was. by the grace of God that I found you, by His grace that we have two beautiful children, and I hope by His grace that I will share this life for many more years to come.”

Killian has been charged with five counts of murder as well as weapon violations. He would face up to 246 years in prison if convicted, though he has not yet entered a plea.

At one court appearance, a victim’s niece, Karen Diaz, was “disgusted” by Killian’s lack of emotion in the courtroom, KRON4 reported.
