The out-of-control Mercedes driver who went on a Midtown New Year’s Day rampage allegedly choked his girlfriend and seethed “f–k you” to police when they told him to roll down his window before the mayhem, prosecutors said.

Mohamed Alaouie, 44, wrapped his arm around his girlfriend’s neck while she wriggled to get out of his grasp in his black Mercedes as the car was idling on West 33rd Street and Seventh Avenue, according to a criminal complaint.

When a cop noticed the violent encounter and told him to park the car, Alaouie opened his window and yelled “f–k you” and “f–k that s–t,” prosecutors said.

Instead, Alaouie reversed the car, driving backward before allegedly barreling into a pedestrian on a sidewalk.

He then drove on the wrong side of the street and headed to West 34th Street, where he struck two cars and injured a driver as cops chased him.

His mayhem continued as he drove on a sidewalk and slammed into a food cart that toppled onto “Black Panther” actor Carrie Bernans and her friend, sports marketing agent Julie Hansson.

Bernans’ mom, Patricia, shared gruesome photos of her daughter’s injuries on Instagram.

“She’s in so much pain but healing. She was involved in a traumatic incident in NYC where a man, early 40s was trying to escape a hit and run,” Patricia wrote underneath photos that showed her daughter with multiple broken teeth and face lacerations.

Hansson, meanwhile, was knocked unconscious, according to the victim’s Instagram and the complaint.

“He was recklessly driving into other cars and we were hiding behind a food truck,” she wrote on social media.

“Next thing you know, the car drives full speed into the truck and knocks Carrie and I unconscious to the ground. We were pinned underneath the truck and Kathrine helped us get out,” she said, referring to her sister.

After slamming into the pair, Alaouie allegedly headed westbound on the sidewalk “nearly hitting numerous people,” officials said.

His girlfriend managed to flee before Alaouie allegedly struck Chirp’s outdoor dining shed, court documents state.

Prosecutors said Alaouie then slammed into two cars, injuring the occupants and a police officer.

Cops surrounded the car — which stopped working after the crash — and ordered him out.

“In response, the defendant displayed his middle finger…and floored the gas pedal of the Mercedes,” according to the complaint.

But Alaouie, of Fort Lee, New Jersey, was unable to move the car.

When police finally cuffed him, they found dozens of glassines of cocaine in his pockets along with $550.

Alaouie has 10 prior arrests including raps related to drugs and criminal possession of stolen property, sources told The Post.

His girlfriend told cops they were drinking booze earlier in the night, according to the complaint.

Alaouie was slapped with multiple charges including assault, criminal possession of a controlled substance, attempted assault, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving.

Eight people suffered minor injuries including one cop, police said.

At his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court Wednesday night, Alaouie pleaded not guilty.

Judge Jay Weiner set $100,000 bail.

Alaouie is next due in court Friday.
